This week we'll look at the origin of the United States — focusing on how three different origin stories shape three very different views about the U.S. today and historically. We'll then zero in on what the origin of the U.S. looks like from an indigenous perspective and examine the U.S. policy of Indian Removal. All work will be in the weekly course reader and journal.
